I tried this app a few weeks ago and couldnt hear anything, but today at 21w i clearly heard my babys heartbeat, i didnt use headphones because its impossible with iPhone 6, it takes time to find the right spot though :)
I am nine and a half weeks and yes I heard my babys heartbeat at our ultrasound a week ago but I die to hear it all of the time !! And hoped this would work for me to share with my husband and it made us the happiest !!!!!!
Im 8wks 4days and have found the heartbeat everyday for the past 3 days now. It does take time and can be a little frustrating but worth it when you hear it!!
It works really well and Im 8 weeks I lightly pressed down in the lower left of abdomen. I heard it three different times. Yeah I was getting the squeak noise to at times but it adjusted it self I dont know if I was pressing to hard or what but it works well for me.

Some bad moments

Im a health professional and do fetal heart monitoring for prenatal visits so I know the right placement. Well well, the numbers were jumping around and I just had the phone in the air. My bed had a pulse, my plants and it couldnt even get my own apical pulse right. Its a haux and then it asks you to upgrade to full version. Smh.
Tried it for 10 minutes. Im 26 weeks along and I could hear my other kids playing in the background and my dog outside barking but I didnt hear my babys heartbeat or my own. I deleted the app.
You need to be able to press the mic close into your skin, but they make you use headphones. Because the headphone jack is now at the bottom of the phone in the same place as the mic, the headphones prevent you from pressing the mic into your skin adequately.
At 16 weeks pregnant I didnt hear anything even though I felt her squirm when I put my phone to my belly. It didnt even pick up my heartbeat against my skin.
Absolutely does not work. I could hear my voice when I spoke into the microphone. That was it!! Prompts you to upgrade every 30 seconds. Ridiculous!!
This app is a joke. I didnt even have it on my stomach I actually put it on solid wood (just to make sure I was not getting false readings). The heart rate kept jumping from different rates but it never hit 0! 98-163 I wasnt even touching it.
